In Aeonvis we believe in the valorisation of the individual person and that the personal and the professional growth path should be as unique and peculiar as possible.
The Career Path is for us, first and foremost, a Growth Path: from the entrance as a Junior Consultant, until the role of Project Manager is reached, all employees annually take part in tailor made training courses, conceived according to the attitude of the individual, as well as related to the design path and their ambitions in the professional field.
Comparison about the results achieved is constant, formalized by mid and final year evaluation talks, the outcome of which will affect bonuses and promotions. We believe, in fact, that meritocracy is at the basis of a healthy and motivating working environment.
